We now use Paypal for all our transactions. If you have already have a paypal account then you can use this to pay for items on our website.

If you do not have a paypal account you can simply order via a credit/debit card in exactly the same way. Just click on the "Dont Have A Paypal Account" hyperlink on the 'checkout' page and use the secure server to input your card details.

 

 

Order Mailing & Despatch

We mail the vast majority of orders within 24 hours of placement.

However please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

 

Refund Information

Your business is important to us and we aim to resolve ordering errors both quickly and efficiently.

After delivery, if you find your vinyl order is not suitable we will be pleased to offer you a credit note or an alternative to the full value of your purchase.This service is offered as long as the item is returned to us promptly and in the same condition as we sent it out to you.

All credit notes have a validity period of one year from issue.

All vinyl returns must be notified to us within 7 days from receipt of goods.

If you are returning goods they must be mailed in the same way as we mailed to you- Recorded Delivery.

 

Terms & Conditions

Due to the nature of second hand records some items may contain wear, such as surface scratches or less than brand new covers. However, this should not affect the playability of the record. We sell our vinyl as excellent/near mint/mint - there should be no audible noise. We will put through a record that has slight crackle at the beginning "run-in" of the record, this is often inevitable when dealing with records that are over 10 years old.

Bootlegs & Represses

We dont sell them - vinyl on this site is 100% original recordings!

Bootlegs have very poor sound quality and are not good value for money. Our advice is to always buy originals, remember your £10-00 bootleg from one of our competitors will be worth NOTHING when you come to sell it. Buy a quality original recording from us and you can usually expect you investment to remain healthy for some time to come.
